    • Make sure each transmitter is plugged in to a power source (e.g. power point) and that they are at least 2 meters away from each other and away from any other radio frequencies to avoid interference

    • Make sure your transmitters are all on a separate music channel, and set to “HI” or “LO”
*Each transmitter must be on a different channel otherwise they will not work (CH1,CH2,CH3)*
LO = up to 50 meter distance
HI = up to 500 meter distance
      Note: walls/obstructions will affect signal

    • Make sure all three music devices (phone, tablet, laptop etc.) are connected and plugged in to the transmitters and music is playing, with the volume turned on

    • Make sure your headphones are turned on, and the volume has been turned up

    • If you are using Spotify or other subscription music services, ensure each device is logged in to its own account, as you may not be able to use the same account for each device

  • Lightly press down on the volume wheel for 5-10 seconds, this will cycle between 3 different modes:
    1) Colour AND Flashing Lights
    2) Colour with NO Flashing Lights
    3) NO Colour and NO Flashing Lights

Most medical device manufacturers recommend keeping a source of potential interference a safe distance away from your medical device
Consult your doctor and medical device manufacturer for specific guidelines.
If you suspect that this equipment is interfering with your medical device, stop using it and consult your doctor and your medical device manufacturer.
The transmitters can also affect devices that use radio frequency/signal (microwaves, garage doors, wireless fans etc.)
